I do not work with people who want me to do their work for them. Your free will is your own. I never take control of your process. I don’t walk in front of you. I walk next to you at your own pace.
WHAT DOES HYPNOTHERAPY FEEL LIKE?
Hypnotherapy feels very similar to guided meditation. I guide you to a place where you are in a heightened state of awareness, yet, very relaxed. This is not a “trance-like” state where you are “under.” No. When our frequency is high, there is a tremendous sense of well-being, gratitude and wisdom. When you allow time and space for this, all is easily accessed.
HOW DOES HYPNOTHERAPY WORK?
Using breathing & relaxation techniques, our brain shifts from the left brain to the right brain. The left brain= the logical and analytical mind. The right= the creative mind ~ this is where answers can be “unlocked.”
WHY DO SOME PEOPLE BELIEVE HYPNOTHERAPY DOES NOT WORK?
Sometimes when we are in a meditative state, our left logical mind pops into say: “This isn’t working. I must be making this up!” That’s OK. When you go with the “random” information unraveling, intriguing, deep patterns are revealed. This is the key which unlocks that “missing piece.” (Usually we struggle searching for that missing piece for decades and even full lifetimes. When we let go, the piece is right there!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING HYNOTHERAPY TO ACCESS INFORMATION?
My clients come to me when traditional therapy and medical doctors have not given them answers to
1.) WHY they are feeling this way and
2.) HOW they can resolve their issue.

This awarenesscreates significant relief, gratitude, strength and resolution.For example: Someone who has a fear of death. One can easily and safely remember a pleasant experience in another lifetime. This creates the realization how many times we have already lived and died. This solid knowingness gives us indestructible assurance and a sense of invincibility.
